Advanced Fluid Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Salesperson to work in Memphis, TN and surrounding areas.
DUTIES: Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders; Recommend products to customers, based on customer needs and interests; Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms; Estimate or quote prices and delivery dates; Identify prospective customers by using business directors, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences; Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs; Conduct root cause failure of analysis of failed product; and Develop working relationships with every level of customer organizations; and visit customers in the assigned territory.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least three (3) years of experience in sales, directly related to the sale of fluid sealing technologies, including: experience in sales of ANSI pumps, with knowledge of sales and quotations of mechanical seals, bearing isolators, and pump reconditioning; seal selections and API seal application.
PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in engineering, business, & marketing, or a field related to a technical sales representative position.
